DMEK is most preferred keratoplasty due to its advantages. But the procedure requires surgeon's high competence and skilled technique. In this video, l would like to introduce some unexpected events and troubles that happened during my first 50 DMEK case experiences. From these experiences, I will introduce some tips that I had learned and troubleshoots to be freed from intraoperative nightmares.
