Phacodonesis dancing cataract. Nightmare. Not handled properly leads to dislocation of lens into vitreous. Needs VR intervention. Capusularrhexis is a challenge. Rrhexis forceps great use. Minimum hydodissection separate cortex, nucleus from capsule. CTR placed. Remaining surgery either phaco or SICS completed PCIOL implanted. Automated anterior vitrectomy and PI is to be done if vitreous disturbed.
