Intraoperative floppy iris is a known difficult situation during Phacoemulsification surgery. IFIS can lead to damage to cornea, posterior lens capsule, iris and can lead to poor post-operative recovery and vision. This video demonstrates the three tools - intracameral phenylepherine, high viscosity visco elastic and pupil dilator to manage this menace successfully.
