A 63 year old female was referred to us after her cataract surgery was abandoned midway suspecting an intra operative DM detachment, on examination we found a total DM detachment with a focal loss of DM. The video highlights the use of external light source , DM staining with blue and epithelial debridement and their role in cases with compromised corneal clarity.
