A case of microspherophakia, which was treated through irrigation aspiration of the soft lens, and implantation of a Cionni type CTR with double eyelets. The procedure posed significant challenges, leading to a change of plans. Throughout the video, several mistakes are evident, which will be highlighted to provide valuable learning points for other surgeons performing similar surgeries.
