Iridodialysis occurs when the iris root disinserts from the scleral spur, often from trauma or surgery. Our patient presented with 180° of iridodialysis from prior surgical trauma and subsequently underwent successful synechiolysis, CEIOL, and iridodialysis repair. We highlight that friable iris tissue can be salvaged with meticulous technique using intraocular forceps and flanged iris fixation.
