Trabeculectomy is commonly performed glaucoma surgery has various intaoperative & post op complications especially in PACG. Gonisocopy Assisted Transluminal Trabeculotomy(GATT) has provided a safer alternative. This video shows authors novel technique to conquer this complex case scenario in PACG by performing phacoemulsification and Goniosynechiolysis(GSL) using Tanito microhook followed by GATT.
