82 year old pseudophakic woman with uveitic glaucoma & Ahmed erosion. Sion goniotomy & Ahmed removal was planned. Instead of suturing the tract, the hole was plugged with a piece of dehydrated tutoplast which was attached to a larger rectangle of tutoplast covering the are of scleral thinning. Once sutured, the graft was shaped like a turtle sticking its head into the AC, with sutures for legs.
