Patient with closed globe injury scale T2, Z2, G4, pupil + RAPD, raw score 70, OTS -3 with 33% chance of 6/6 vision. Challenges were S/L Traum cataract, iridodialysis, irregular pupil with sec Glaucoma. Patient was taken for cataract management with CTR, Pupil and iridodialysis repair with foldable PCIOL. During the surgery I faced a series of complications that were managed with peace of mind.
