• Retro-pupillary fixation of iris claw IOL is a simple procedure with a short learning curve and excellent stability. We will showcase different clinical scenarios in which this lens can be implanted including aphakia, subluxated, traumatic cataract, and IOL exchange. We will follow a teaching format highlighting tips and tricks to implant this lens with excellent centration and round pupil.
