Keratoconus (KC) evaluation relies on tomographic parameters which present issues like overlaps and slow changes. Corneal wavefront (CW) analysis, however, is sensitive, customizable, & detects progressive ectasia earlier. It also bridges the symptom-sign gap. This video delves into CW analysis basics and role in KC management. CW offers a cost-effective method, with existing tomography devices.
