Pigmentary glaucoma represents a minority of secondary glaucoma in México, it is usually diagnosed in late stages of the disease. Treatment options normally include topical hypotensive drops, selective laser trabeculoplasty. Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery provides an innovative option for the treatment of this patients. This video exemplifies a successful case of GATT in pigmentary glaucoma.
