Postoperative IOP spikes are the #1 complication of cataract surgery. The current standard of care, the ""Goldilocks Method"" of tapping on the eye with a finger, Weck cell, or Q-tip at the end of a case and estimating ""not too firm, not too soft, IOP must be safe.""
