We investigated postoperative visual function and dynamic pupillary response in three types of multifocal intraocular lenses (MIOLs) implanted eyes. Postoperative dynamic pupillary parameters of MIOLs were positively or negatively correlated with the parameters and uncorrected visual acuity for each of the MIOLs.The pupil responds to the amount of light entering through each MIOLs optical design.
