Intraoperative anterior segment OCT (AS-OCT) allows for real-time visualization of the ciliary cleft, enabling precise placement of a 1.8 mm Cu-5 suture parallel to the limbus. This novel technique effectively reattaches the ciliary body to the sclera, providing a potential solution for ciliary body detachment.
