This film demonstrates the use of nano-pulse precision technology to construct anterior capsulorrhexes and manual posterior capsulotomy technique assisted by blue azo dye staining for bilateral pediatric cataracts. Continuous curvilinear posterior capsulorrhexes were fashioned using a 27G needle and micro-forceps. The optic was captured posteriorly with the haptics remaining in the capsular bag.
