A 65-year-old pseudophakic (sulcus IOL) woman with uveitic glaucoma & 2 tubes (AC-placed superotemoral AGV and sulcus-placed infronasal BGV) presenting with high IOP OS after 8 months of IOP control. The inferior tube tip was incarcerated between IOL and capsule with vitreous strands and lens materials captured in the lumen. We demonstrate the technique of tube revision in this challenging case.
