53-year-old female presented with single functional left eye with band keratopathy who received 7 chelations with ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) to which she became refractory. This video represents surgical treatment with deep anterior lamellar keratoplasty using femtosecond laser. Initial VA was CF with a final VA of 20/200 with contact lens.
