Endothelial keratoplasty surgeries are increasingly being performed, and surgical techniques are advancing. The most critical aspect of this surgery is how to attach the graft in a single attempt to reduce complications such as Descemet's membrane detachment. In this video, we introduce a technique for maintaining a syringe in the anterior chamber to secure the graft under high IOP.
