Open sky Iridodialysis repair can be challenging in triple PK cases. Passing 27G needle into sclera from outside to inside the eye can be very challenging as the eye can not hold tension in open sky cases and IOL-bag complex tend to come forward with high chance of piercing posterior capsule and vitreous loss. The best practice would be to go from inside out with counterpressure on sclera.
