Predicting Post Refractive surgery ectasia is a monumental challenge. Artificial Intelligence based Finite Element Model software was built to predict the post-surgery corneal stiffness (CS). Predicted CS showed excellent correlation with in-vivo POSTOP outcome. The software would give unfettered access to virtual surgery and enable selection of the safest procedure in the clinic.
