Epithelial ingrowth following SMILE is a rare postoperative complication, which impairs significantly visual acuity. Through this scientific film we wish to compare the results of the management of epithelial ingrowth with two different techniques: meticulous irrigation of 20% alcohol at the interface for 20 seconds and Neodymium:Yttrium Aluminum-Garnet laser application.
