" [You're] my blessings for what you are doing for people like me, to have a life again, drive again and get a job"
- Johnny, Operation Sight Patient
Operation Sight, the ASCRS Foundation’s nationwide charitable cataract surgery program, offers volunteer opportunities for ASCRS members committed to improving lives in their local communities. With 670 volunteers dedicated to making cataract care accessible in their hometowns, the benefit to uninsured and financially-vulnerable Americans is profound.
We are incredibly grateful for the growing list of volunteer surgeons and locations who enable the Foundation to expand its reach. Click here to view the volunteer list and join us as we celebrate those helping to change lives!
