Traumatic subluxation and iridodialysis oft copresent. It is customary to fix the iridodialysis & subluxation separately on their own merits.Iridodialysis is managed by cobblers,sewing machine or hang-back method. Subluxation is managed by CTR +/- Capsular segments. My innovation combines capsular bag stabilisation and fixation with simultaneous hang-back repair of iridodialysis(upto 45°) at ONE GO.
