We describe a small incision technique to implant a newly approved glaucoma drainage device. Due to the properties of the ClearPath (New World Medical) plate material, one is able to "roll" the plate during placement under the tenons, thus allowing for a smaller incision (4 mm). Thus, less surgical time is needed, less suture is needed, and less risk for wound dehiscence.
