Successful nucleus removal, during I/A of sticky cortex, zonular laxity was noted. A CTR was inserted manually towards the weakness but the capsule began to stretch so I removed it and placed it from the other side. Just before release of the CTR the bag separated from insertion. The CTR was removed. Ahmed segment was sutured with goretex, I placed the CTR and my foldable IOL in the intact capsule
