The traditional trabeculotomy is insufficient of the IOP-lowering effect because of it’s cutting about 90- degree of the Schlemm’s canal. I have developed a useful method of cutting the 360-degree internal trabecular meshwork and Schlemm's canal with using 5-0 nylon within the eye. The IOP lowering effect is dramatic and also, it doesn't damage the conjunctiva.
