This video highlights a novel surgical technique on a 4-month-old child with advanced primary congenital glaucoma (PCG). With help of illuminated microcatheter ab externo, circumferential trabeculotomy was performed and trabeculectomy was added. In advanced PCG collector channels and distal outflow system are malformed. Hence this combined technique offers a better alternative for advanced PCG.
