During phacoemulsification an iatrogenic zonular dialysis of the capsular bag was noticed. Decision of
insertion of a CTR was taken after the nucleus was removed. The CTR W injected above rather than below the edge of
the capsulorhexis. The CTR was retrieved by a sinky under complete visualization using a goniolens.
