Small Pupil and hard Cataract increases the risk of complications in Cataract Surgery. Iris hooks and Capsule hooks increases the surgeons visualization field and artificially strengthens the lens Zonular complex support. These Iris and Capsule hooks when used at the right time reduces the chance for complications. This video will demonstrate its usage in Phacoemulsification and MSICS techniques.
