This video demonstrates numerous nuances of angle-based surgery all in a single case. An iTrack catheter initially finds its way into a collector channel. Subsequently, areas of resistance are met within the canal. A Hydrus microstent is then attempted but cannot seat properly due to blockade within the canal, which forces an explant and re-implantation in the opposite direction.
