Sutureless Clear corneal incision has the advantage of reducing the operation time and avoiding astigmatism. However, postoperative low IOP can occur due to wound leakage. After clear corneal incision, a groove is observed along the wound site under a surgical microscope. Using this groove, we suggest a simple test "groove loss time" that objectively describes the degree of wound leakage.
