Because of the limited supply of CTR, CTS, and capsular hooks during the COVID time, we can employ scaffold technique for the management of N3 cataract and a massive ectopia lentis to prevent the nucleus from falling down during phaco-emulsification. Then lens capsule can be removed from inside the eye with micro-forceps. The three-piece IOL can be fixed to the sclera.
