We present a case report of a high myopic patient with a toric intraocular lens 90-degree rotation at one month post-op.
Surgery was performed to rotate the lens using a visco-dissection technique with a 27-gauge needle.
We highlight this technique as particularly useful in cases where the first intervention has been several weeks before repositioning and capsular adherence might be problematic.
