Eyes with high degree of ectopia lentis or surgical aphakia have inadequate zonulo-capsular support & in-the-bag or ciliary sulcus implantation of IOL is not possible. Implantation of Sutureless Foldable Scleral-Fixated IOL (with 'T' shaped haptics) in such eyes provides significant gain in UCVA with minimal IOL tilt and decentration while avoiding suture related complications of sutured SF-IOLs.
