In many cases of morgagnian /hypermature cataract/post traumatic cataracts often it is noted that the liquified cortex leaks out and it induses subcapsular membrane formation which in a long standing case may become fibrotic .This subcapsular fibrotic tissue leads to adherence of capsule and there is difficulty in doing curvilinear rhexis .This film demonstrates removal of membrane with ccc .
