We are presenting the case of a 78-year-old male who underwent the removal of a Crystalens implanted a decade ago. Silicone oil droplets formed in the patient's lens due to prior silicone oil tamponade and removal for retinal detachment. The video demonstrates a technique to replace the affected lens while preserving the capsular bag, offering a minimally invasive approach with rapid recovery.
