The film examines a wrestler's unique journey through repeated 3 injuries in 6 years, highlighting needed tailored surgical strategies' clinical importance in ocular trauma. 1st IOL = MICS with IOL + CTR restored vision. 2 years later a trauma lead to a dangling BAG, necessitating explant and 2nd IOL. A final injury reopened the wound, prompting another explant, 3rd IOL + iris reconstruction.
