Operating a 62-year-old female patient's cataract, after each incision and rhexis were performed, a big corneal hole appeared, where a Dellen was, where the side port was performed. A leakage started and it wasn't possible to maintain the AC. Without cyanoacrylate, cornea or sclera donor patch. I took an autologous sclera patch and covered the hole. A small conjunctival cover was placed on it.
