In post- LASIK infective keratitis, flap amputation aids better antimicrobial penetration. However, if both flap and deep stroma are involved, traditional techniques may dislodge the flap-abscess complex (FAC), risking chamber collapse. Our video shows a biomechanically safer method by creating circumnavigating mini vectors preventing unbalanced forces around FAC, preventing urgent surgeries.
