4-point fixation of an intraocular lens in the absence of capsule support, using ePTFE is the most stable and precise IOL fixation procedure, with a long term safety evidence record. We present a transconjunctival and cornea microincision scleral fixation technique. This technique simplifies previous procedures, and democratizes scleral IOL fixation, while eliminating complex and risky maneuvers.
