This video highlights the technique of precision pulse capsulotomy (PCC) in the setting of traumatic pediatric cataract. Such cases are often complicated by zonular weakness and capsular bag rupture, leading to challenges in performing a safe manual capsulorhexis. The use of a Zepto device for PCC is demonstrated, creating a safe capsulotomy with minimal strain on the capsule in this video.
