This film presents the novel use of a nano-pulse precision capsulotomy device to construct circular capsulorhexes in a pediatric case of bilateral ectopia lentis. Capsule retractors stabilized the bag during phacoemulsification. A capsular tension ring and a sutured capsular tension segment were used to support the bag and allow for implantation of a three-piece intraocular lens in the bag.
