We propose a novel approach that emphasizes each surgical step. This includes focusing on OVD removal after IOL implantation, enhancing hand-foot coordination under a microscope, and refining corneal incision and CCC techniques. All is ready except the Divide-and-Conquer is crucial. This method yields better outcomes in a shorter time, making it ideal for training younger surgeons.
