This project aims to create a novel implantable capsular tension support hook device using 3-0 prolene and cautery, allowing for the redistribution of tension to strengthen areas with weak or missing zonules during cataract surgery. As a time-saving and cost-efficient method with the flexibility of customisation, it is ideal for those with limited access to more costly capsular tension segments.
