BRiCS Introduction
Led by those who’ve done it successfully, the BRiCS Summit, over 2.5 days, will provide the roadmap attendees need to build their own thriving premium IOL practice. With personal strategies, workflows, tools, and patient communication resources in traditional lectures, small-group workshops, role play of real-world patient scenarios, and campfire chats, open dialogue and direct faculty interaction will deliver personalized attention and deeper engagement for an effective learning experience.

- Even as IOL technologies continue to advance, ATIOL adoption remains stalled around 18%—despite evidence that nearly half of patients are open to these solutions. Why the disconnect? - To build a thriving refractive cataract practice, you need more than clinical skill—you need a premium mindset, a strong team, and a strategic growth plan. This session breaks down the essential building blocks of a successful premium practice, from strengthening the patient journey, to building a culture of excellence, and implementing systems that support scale. Discover how to align your staff around a shared vision, communicate value to patients, and drive marketing efforts that fuel growth. Faculty will also highlight what’s new this year in workflow automation and support tools that modernize your infrastructure.

You’ll also get a look at what’s new in 2025, including smarter diagnostics, emerging platforms, and generative AI tools that support counseling, team communication, and clinical workflow.

Faculty will feature the customizable, plug-and-play tools they use in their own practices, including workflows, checklists, scripts, intake forms, and patient education templates. 4:50–6:00 p.m. General Session 5: Post-Op Excellence: Optimizing Outcomes & Protecting Satisfaction
- The postop phase is where patient satisfaction—and your reputation—are made or tested. This session gives you a structured approach to managing both routine and complex postop challenges. Faculty will highlight how to optimize the ocular surface, communicate effectively, and guide patients through difficult conversations that build trust and confidence. Faculty also shares the cutting-edge tools that help them protect chair time and prioritize meaningful connection over data entry.

- Pull up a chair and dig deeper into the topics that matter most, specially requested by our attendees. These small-group roundtables are your chance to ask faculty direct questions, share challenges, and exchange ideas in a small-group setting. The schedule and topics will be shared directly with attendees so you can prepare any questions you have.
8:30–11:45 a.m. General Session 6: Bringing It Home: Your Practice Action Plan
- Turn ideas into action. This final session guides you through building a customized implementation plan based on what you’ve learned throughout the course. Through structured reflection, team discussion, and peer insights, you’ll identify your top priorities, establish your goals, and build a roadmap tailored to your unique practice. Leave with clarity, alignment—and a plan you’re ready to launch on Monday.
