BRiCS Introduction
Led by those who’ve done it successfully, the BRiCS Summit, over 2.5 days, will provide the roadmap attendees need to build their own thriving premium IOL practice. With personal strategies, workflows, tools, and patient communication resources in traditional lectures, small-group workshops, role play of real-world patient scenarios, and campfire chats, open dialogue and direct faculty interaction will deliver personalized attention and deeper engagement for an effective learning experience.
The BRiCS Summit will take place at the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel at 909 Michigan Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. All programming will take place on the Level 2 of the hotel in the Great Lakes Ballroom (CME programming will take place in the Michigan Ballroom). Click here for more hotel and location information.

- Even as IOL technologies continue to advance, ATIOL adoption remains stalled around 18%—despite evidence that nearly half of patients are open to these solutions. Why the disconnect? This session kicks off the conference by exploring what’s holding practices back, and how forward-thinking practices are closing the gap using more effective consultations, team alignment, and cutting-edge tools. Faculty will address key barriers like pricing and financing, and spotlight what’s new this year—from AI-powered solutions to patient education enhancements—and how these innovations are reshaping their refractive business models. If you’re ready to evolve your approach—or spark a revolution in how you deliver refractive cataract surgery—this is where to begin.
- To build a thriving refractive cataract practice, you need more than clinical skill—you need a premium mindset, a strong team, and a strategic growth plan. This session breaks down the essential building blocks of a successful premium practice, from strengthening the patient journey, to building a culture of excellence, and implementing systems that support scale. Discover how to align your staff around a shared vision, communicate value to patients, and drive marketing efforts that fuel growth. Faculty will also highlight what’s new this year in workflow automation and support tools that modernize your infrastructure.
- Let’s continue the conversation over drinks and hors d'oeuvres. Mingle with faculty, industry partners, and fellow attendees in a relaxed setting designed to spark new ideas and professional relationships.
