Cases with previoulsly failed trabeculectomy underwent trabeculectomy with suprachoroidal scleral tongue . Conjunctiva was dissected& scleral flap was created. Sponge soaked with mitomycin C was applied .Scleral tongue was created. Scleral flap was sutured. The suprachoroidal scleral space was open inside which the scleral tongue was introduced. Tenon was removed and the conjunctiva was sutured.
