This presentation discusses common causes of patient dissatisfaction after refractive surgery, and how different types of contact lenses maybe used to treat some of these conditions. A step by step approach to determine the cause of the patient's complaints is followed by options for treatment of each of these conditions. The focus is on using contact lenses both to help with diagnosis and treatment of unhappy post refractive surgery patients.
