This video shows a new design of the hook- Capsular Tension Rings (modified Cionni CTR) that we developed have two hooks to sling the looped sutures in the anterior chamber without tying the CTR for weak zonule cases. By just hooking the sutures without tying, the CTR remained as well positioned as with the Cionni CTR. This CTR leads easier fixation to the sclera.
