This video will demonstrate the safe and effective management of nucleus during Small Incision Cataract Surgery (SICS).After CCC two instruments one sinskey hook in one hand and a chopper in another hand introduced into AC, one will retract the anterior capsule another will help in grabbing the edge of nucleus and rotating into anterior chamber safely without causing stress on zonules .This technique can be very useful in complicated hard cataracts with weak zonules .
